From secretary forwards copy of a minute recorded by the Honble Mr. Anderson representing the neassity of his proceeding on a short voyage to sea for the benefit of his health and being absent from his duties for about 10 or 12 days with copy of the minut by the Governor concurred in by the commander in chief in approval of the measure.
