Dispatches from the Court of Directors in this Department by the H. C. ships Duke of Montrose Charlton Admiral Gardner, Calcutta, Sir Stephen Lushington, and Walpole, received overland from Fort St. George were opened on the 14th Instnt and distributed on the 21st.
