Commissioner Serampore - In reply to ordres of the 16th Utimo reports that Mr. Bang who has been admitted into the Hospital for Insanes is not in circumstances to pay the expences of it - States that an allowance of sum of Rs. 40 per month has been granted him as a prisoner of War & requested to be informed whether it shall be continued etc.
