Accountant General - In reply to orders of the 5th Instant - States that the Bank not being connected with the public disbursements of Government the made proposed by the Naval Commissioner at Madras of defraying the exponces of His Majesty Ship at this Part, cannot be accoplished but that no inconvenience will be experinced by issuing orders on the Treasury after the Bills etc. shall have been Audited.
