Draft of a letter (from Mr G. H. Barlow ) Secretary to the superintendent of Pricne of Wales Island approving of his purchase of the cargo of the Persia recommending that conciliatory measures be adopted towards the King of Queda that the King be regularly paid agreeably to the articles of a treaty and that he may be requested not to offer any obstacles in the way of an internal trade with his country.
