Letter from Mr. T. Myers Accountant General recommending that the Collector of Calcutta be directed to remit the whole of the collections he made on account of arrears of assesment to the General treasury and suggesting that he be called upon to render an account of the collections made by him and to rjeport on the balances outstanding.
