Copies of Paras of a Public General Letter dated the 2nd. April 1813 together with Copies of Affidavits to be sent to the Magistrates of Calcutta with directions to make particular enquiries after the Persons who are mentioned to have run from several of the H. W. Ships and to require them to proceed to England by the first opportunity.
