Letter from Mr. D. Campbell Sub-Secretary to the Secretary at Bombay desiring that the measures for raising supplies for the Bombay Presidency by the sale of 6 per cent notes may be abandoned expressing a hope that further provisions for the exigencies of the above Presidency may be made and requesting that no financial measure may be adopted in Bombay without the consent of the Board.
