Letter from the Post office Committee , recommending that the Postmaster- General be authorised to debit in his accounts a certain sum which has been twice credit to government through mistake that a list of articles stated to have been lost in consequence of the disturbance caused by Wazir ali be sent to the Magistrate of Benares for enquiry , that Mr. Vanderheyden be has advanced on account of arrears of wages due to the dak establishemet at Benares , and requesting that the case of Capt. Moss , late Deputy Postmaster at Kedgeree, may be favourably considered.
