Madras District Municipalities Act (Local V of 1920) sec 3(3)and 81. If a bridge put up by a Railway Co. is a Building anbd liable to tax by the Municipality. Building - in Madras Act V of 1920 if includes a Bridge. Bridge - if a building within meaning of sec. 3 (3) of Madras Act V of 1920.
