Draftof a letter to the Board of Trade acquainting them with the General Orders issued to the Provincial Councils for the transmission of thier cash balances to the Presidency and intimating that they have excluded the Collector of Siburries from the above order by directing him to transmit his cash balances to the Resident at Rampore Bauleath.
