Letter from Mr. Thomas Graham, Resident, reporting that Raja Cheyt Singh, informed him that his reason for not bringing Bhowe to justice was that he did not know how to proceed with the trial, and imtimating that the Raja has again asked to have the honour of a Khelat conferred on him.
