Draft of a letter to the Directors and Council at Hughly, expressing their sentiments on the mode of enquiry referred to above respecting the conduct of the Dutch sailors towards the English , consenting to accept the 3rd article of the cartel for the mutual restoration of deserters and intimating that their letter of the 12th October, 1780, has not been received.
