Letter from Mr. William Hamilton Resident at Ingeram , reportinghta a French privateer has captured the Deconshire Grab, and several pariar [ sic] vessels in Coringa Roads, and intimating that owing to the appearance of the enemy cruisers on the coast , native traders have refused to sail toBengal inorder to carry supplies from thence th Madras, unless convoyed by ships of war.
