Letter from Brigadier-General Stibbert submitting a plan of the stablishment of a corps for the defence fo the Fort of Bijaigarh and the Frontier proposing that the corps if foumed should bd a nursey for supplying recruits to fill up occasional vancancies in the regulars that Brigade pay and half batta should be granted to the corps and recommending Capt. Hook for apointment to the command of the corps.
