Letter from Messrs. James Huggins & William Johnson, Agents for the owners of the Death or Glory, Privateer, intimating that the Death or Glory which has captured a prize and also the Fort of Perack, has come in laden with plunder and with the Resident to Perack and his family on board, and requesting that permission may be granted for the division of the plunder, and an allowance made to the Resident of Perack, as a prisoner of war.
