Letter from Mr.John Llyod to Mr. J.P.Auriol, Secretary, acknowledging receipt of the despatches for the Resolution, Worcester,Norfolk and Hinchinbrooke, intimating that the above mentioned ships are not in a condition to sail at present, and proposing to enter a protest against the commanders of these ships that are not ready to sail at once.
