Letter from Mr. Thomas Morton , Secretary to the Court of directors reporting that a special sort of paper has been manufactured for the sole purpose of drawing bills of exchange on in order to prevent forgeries of such bills and intimating the dispatch of a box containing 2,000 sets of this paper with instructons for its use.
