Letter from Capt. Nicholas Penny, intimating that he has delivered over the Charge of the Swallow to Capt. Anderson, requesting that he may be permitted to proceed to Bombay that Lieut Rovinson may be given the command of the HGreyhound and that a small gratuity of rupees 850 gepaid to the crew of the Swallow for their passage to Bombay as the Greyhound will not be able to accommodate all of them.
