Letter from Capt.W.H.Ralston of his Majesty s 100th Regiment requesting on behalf of Lieut Col.Lamout and himself that they may be granted a passage to Madras to adjust sundry unsettled accounts of the 100th Regiment , and from athence to Bombay for the same porpose , and reqesting to be furnished with such credentials as may be necessary to expediate their business.
