Suggestion made by the GM/SE Railway that nominations of a Railway Servant for acting as Defense Assistant to an accused Railway Servant during the disciplinary proceedings against him should have the prior concurrence of the Controlling authority under whom he may be working so that the possibility of his being relieved in time for assisting in the disciplinary progs could be considered wall in advance and the parties concerned coule be advised about the sparability of the concerned nominated person on the relevant date (s).
