Translation of a Parwana from the Resident at Benares to the Raja Mahipnarain Sing, Zemindar of Benares, directing him to enforce the Boards Custom House regulations of the 21st October, 1784, and to abolish all former duties of every kind throughout his Zemindari, and prohibiting the practice of letting out any Chauki.
