Reduction of the rate of fee for the preparation of copies supplied to applicants by Civil and Criminal Courts in Bengal from 4 to 3 annas per folio from the 1st April 1890, and utilisation of the 4 anna stamped paper for copies now in stock by reducing the price to 3 annas per sheet.
