Question asked by --regarding the discharge of a P.W.I. on the Rawalpindi Division by a Divilsional Officer (Senor Scale). Question (i) Whether the Power exercised by Senior Scale officers of removing from service Senior subordinates is not ultra vires, of appeal fo nongazetted railway servants. (ii) Orders by the General manager, N.W. Railway with drawing the power to remove or dismiss Senior subordinates from Senior Scale officers and resting it in officer not below the rank of Divisional Superintendnents.
