IRCA (Wheelmen) Request from that wheelmen employed in the New control branch of the IRCA should be treated as skilled workmen instead of semi skilled category as at present in respect of their naturgory of duties decision they may be redesignated as carriage and waggons fitters and given skilled grade 60-130.
