Enquiry by Mr. Vasudeo Vishnu Mirashi, Pricipal, Vidardha Mahavidyalaya, Amraoti, whether in view of the Constituent Assemblys decision re. the abolition of titles, he can continue to use his literary title of Mahamahopadhyaya and draw the allowance of Rs.100/- p.n. attached to it. Decision that Mahamahopadhyaya are title and should not be allowed to be used under the Constition of India.
