States that in the absence of Major Murray on leave, the Calcutta branch of the Mily Dept.will be left during the ensuing summer in charge of Mr. A. B. Williams a Senior clerk, who will dispose of routine work and refer other cases to Simla for orders, and enquires whether this Deptt. desires that Mr. W.Shonlo deal with the Calcutta work, or prefers to make its own arrangements.
