In a case where a member quits service and subsequently dies without leaving a widow or dependent child or where a member dies in service leaving a widow or dependent child but the widow or dependent child dies before the amount is actually paid the special contribution, if credited to the Fund would be payable to the members of the deceased subscriber's family or heirs in accordance with the Provident Fund Act.
