Decision that the Civil of Major D.L.O. Woods, O.B.E. to the refund of the Cost of passage consequents on hs compulsory recall from leave ex-India and other Similar cases should be regulated in accordance with the military leave rules and subsidiary Instructions, issued thereunder in army Instructions, No. 84 of 1940 and the charge debited to the Civil estimates.
