Question whether the Kuthc National Anthem can be permitted to be played on ceremonial occassions. Decision that(1) In view of the fact that the Indina Army has taken over Kutch Forces in would be inappropriate for Indian Army in Kutch to play Kutch National Anthem on arrival of H.H. Southern Command may be asked to provide Guard of Honour due him as Ruler of Kutch, and that C.C. Should receive him with Kutch Govt., officials and Should show due courtesies.
