Payment of sales tax on Escalation claims - certificates to be given by the suppliers with bills - Instructions issued to the railways that while claiming sales tax on Escalation claims as well as on regular bills, the suppliers should give a cerigicate on the bills that the goods on which sales tax has been charged have not been exempted form tax and that the amount charged on accout of sales tax on the goods is not more than what is under the provision of the relevant Act.s
