Treatment of British Subjects of enemy origin. Decision that woman of enemy orgin, married to British subjects or subjects of Indian States, if domiciled in the United Kingdom, India or Indian States, are not enemy foreigners for the purposes of the Enemy Foreigners Order, 1939, though they are foreigners for the purposes of the Foreigners Act., 1940.
