From Officiating Secretary - In continuation of previous letter forwards for favorable consideration a letter from Mr. F. Thompson officiating Magistrate and Collector Allahabad requesting to be allowed to avail himself of the unexpired portion of the Furlough granted him in 1856 and states taht as further application for Furlough during 1859/60 remain to be transmitted observes that furlough have been assigne to Messers Dunlop and Oldfield and the application of Messers Monckton and Ricketts supported by Medical Certificates will also be granted and as there remain the 2 application of Messers Money and Thompson against the 6 Furlough allotted to these Provinces assignable by Security and selection no special recommendation is needed also forwards in consideration documents relating to the application of Mr. Ricketts.
