Rejection of the proposal made by the Government of the Punjab that one crore rupees which they had surrendered from their balances to the Government of India in 1914, in consideration of recurring annual assignment to provincial revenues of 3.5 lakhs, should be restored to them or that the rate of interest should be raised.
