Discission on the recommendation of the retrenchment committee in regard to the allocation of the cost of service renderd by certain Central Deptt. between the Central Govt. & the provinces with special reference to the Geological Survey parties. Decision that in the particular case of Geological Survey it is neither desirable nor fesible to charge local Govts for special services rendered to them by the Central Govt.
