Decision that in cases where Government securities and kept by holders with the D.A.S.G. P. & T., interest on securities should be taken as having the post office leger account of the Depositor and that the subsequent entry made in this connection in the holders savings bank Pass Book should be considered to be merely an evidence of this payment.
