The Accountant General North-Western Provinces, authorized to pass the old scale of charge for the Chuprassees and Guards for the Offices of the Commissioners and Judges in those Provinces, till the date when effect could be given to the new scal sanctioned in Financial Resolution, No. 440, dated 25th May 1865.
