Bombay Governments orders giving effect from 1st February 1865, to the grant of compensation for dearness of living to European Military Pensioners in that Presidency and authorizing the inclusion in the grant of the widows of European Officers and Soldiers who receive pension from the Military Fund of the Indian Government, confirmed chelsea Pensioners admitted to the indulgence.
