Recommendation of the Home Department that the rank and pay of the Assistant Apothecaries at the Andamans sent from Bengal and Madras, should be equalised and that Mr. Leopold while in service at Port Blair should rank as and receive the extra allowances of a 2nd Apothecary, and orders thereon.
