Memorial from Sulliman Cassim and certain other salt merchants praying that they may be charged duty at the rate of Rs. 2 a maund on salt shipped on the credit system of Bombay to Calcutta while the salt duty was still Rs. 2-8 a maund, and which had not been cleared at Calcutta by the 18th March 1903 when the duty was reduced to Rs. 2 a maund.
