Military commissioned officers, Departmental officers with Honorary rank and warrant and non-commissioned officers. Decision that for the purpose of determining the liability of leave salaries of --------------whose leave is regulated under Regulations for the Army in India paras 913 (b) and (c) and F.R 100 these officers would be considered to have earned leave as 5/22nds of duty performed in the case of military commissioned officers and 2/11ths of duty performed in the case of others.
