Decision of the Secretary of State to allow- (a) to draw from 19th March 1940 and for so long as posts of Chief Coaservator of Forests are held by his juniors, the difference between his actual pay as Conservator and the pay he would have drawn had he been appointed as Chief Conservator of Forests.
