Ruling that Fundamental Rule 86 imposes no restriction as to the amount of leave that can be enjoyed by a Govt. servant who is on an extension of service and that in cases of leave under Fundamental Rule 86 taken in continuation of vacation the limit of 6 months should be applied to the combined period of vacation and leave. Issue of instructions by the Auditor General in 1923 as to the application of Fundamental Rule 86.
