Decision that the condition regarding assets acquired wholly or substantially out of Govt. grants etc. imposed vide O.M.No.F.11 (8)-EII(A)/60 dated 2.2.1960. should be incorporated in the sanction relating to grants made before the issue of the o.m. in cases the assets are created. Substantially out of govt. grant. decision also that records in respect of assets created out of Govt. grants should be maintained even though the institution may last for hundred years etc.
