Question raised by the A. G. C. R whether in a case where Government Servant has purchased a Conveyance by utilising the Sale proceeds of a Conveyance purchased by him earlier against an advance drawn from Government should be for the original amount of the advance or for the Balance outstanding at the time of the execution
