Decision that in view of the poor quality of the residential buildings in the Gilgit Agency the standard rent should be reduced with effect from the 2nd December 1937, by 50% subject to the limit of 10% of the officers emoluments occupying then, an that the effect to this decision be given by the write off half the capital cost of the buildings.
