Certain instructions in connection with the Govt. of India (Governor`s Allowances & Privileges) order 1935 & Fixation of rate of pay for military Secretaries A.D.C.`s to Governors. Question raised by the Comptroller Assam whether under the new constitution the pay of a military secretary can be fixed at the amount which he would have drawn in the regular regiment, irrespective of the fact whether this amount exceeds that fixed by the Secy of State for such a part case of Major F.A.Esse military Secy., to His Excellency the Govt. of Assam.
