RESERVED POSTS (Other Services) RULES, 1938, :- Proposed amendment of rule 5(2) of the ----------so as to empower the Governor General in Council to keep vacant or fill by the temporary appointment of any other person, a post reserved under the Second Schedule to those Rules. (Case of Messrs. N.B. Deane, K.R.S. Rau, B. Nehru and J.W. Kelly). Sanction of the Governor General in Coucil to the Class II posts in the I.A.& A.S. reserved for Messrs. S.C.Gupta, E. Price and G.H.A.Wood, being left unfilled for so long as these posts are not actually held by them.
