Decision that, when imported spirit is transported in bond from one port in British India to another, and is cleared for consumption at the last port at which it arrives, wastage allowance should be given up to the maximum permissible under section 116 of the Sea Customs Act, 1887 (VIII of 1878), provided that the liquor is in cask.
