Downgrading with effect from the 1st Oct 1939, of the post of Chief Auditor, Railway Clearing Accounts from Class I to Class II with a special pay of Rs.100 p.m. ; and upgrading with effect from the same date, of the post of Chief Auditor, Indian Stores Department from Class II and Class I, with no special pay.
